WORKOUTS

The Space Saver 700 delivers goal focused and ability specific workouts designed for you by personal trainers. There are 20 workouts to choose from including 12 goal-specific workouts which highlight your profile on the screen, 4 heart rate and a body fat programme which measures your BMI (Body Mass Index), BMR (Body Mass Rate) and fat percentage. There’s even the option to create your own programme.

SPACE SAVER

As suggested in the name, the elliptical is designed to save space. With fold-up pedals and base, you can tidily store the machine away saving nearly 3 feet of floor room. It also features a piston system which helps you unfold the elliptical when you’re ready to train.

It doesn’t matter how hard you train on the Space Saver 700 – featuring rear stabilisers, the frame is solid and stable. For maximum comfort, the oversized pedals allow you to change your foot positions and provide a more natural feel. The elliptical also comes with built in transport wheels, making it very easy to move from place to place.
